Ali Ellefsen is dedicated to helping those who have been injured fight aggressively for financial compensation. In her civil litigation practice, Ali has been successful in obtaining favorable results for her clients in claims involving defective products, burns and explosions, car and truck wrecks, ATV, snowmobile crashes, and more.

Ali’s focus is on the client themselves. With every personal injury case, one’s losses and damages are valued. In order to value a loss, one must first have an understanding of what one had. That is why Ali spends time getting to know each and every client so that their story is accurately shared with the jury and the totality of their loss is understood.

A native of Stanley, Wisconsin, Ali obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and began working as a paralegal at Guelzow Law Offices in 2009. Her work at the firm solidified her urge to cater comprehensive legal services to those in need. She then enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law to pursue her legal education. She graduated with her Juris Doctor and became authorized to practice law in Wisconsin in 2017 and later in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Ali has served as the president and former secretary of the Eau Claire County Bar Association. She also provides free legal consultations as a volunteer at the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library’s Free Legal Clinic in Eau Claire.

Ali and her family split time between their home in Eau Claire and the cabin in Sawyer County.
